Anyone have a recommendation on a boat surveyor in the Santa Cruz area?  I'm seriously considering a boat...  you know, for mothership kayaking purposes.

I'm thinking about a 19 footer... the "mothershipping" was more of a joke to tie it into kayaking, but now that I think more about it, anything is possible  :smt003

I’ve been looking at new boats for awhile. All the best boats with great prices have been in Florida . Go figure. I’m looking to buy a 18-20’ center console.

I used Brendan J. Schmidt when I purchased my sailboat back in 2013. He was very thorough, professional, and provided a detailed report. Boat was surveyed in Alameda. Not sure if he covers Santa Cruz but if he doesn’t he may know someone who does.
