Neal to host Canoe Creek grand opening in Parrish

Neal Communities will host a grand opening celebration for Canoe Creek, a new Parrish community, on Saturday, Nov. 3, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Attendees can sample Pop Craft popsicles, fare from food trucks, including wood-fired pizza and stuffed burgers, and a sampling made with fresh vegetables from the Chiles Restaurant Group’s nearby farm stand. A live bluegrass band will welcome guests as they tour the stunning neighborhood.

Situated on 304 acres, Canoe Creek will consist of just over 600 homes upon completion. Homebuyers will be able to choose from 13 classic floor plans, ranging from 1,493 to 3,346 square feet.

The community features four beautifully appointed model homes for visitors to explore. Canoe Creek offers three collections of new homes with American coastal and modern farmhouse-style designs, featuring owner’s retreats, charming gourmet kitchens and a variety of other options to blend traditional with contemporary influences.

Residents will have access to a recreation area with an amenity center operating as the centerpiece of the community.
