Hit up Nick's after not being on the water for three weeks. Felt great to be on the water again but after all day without a single bite I was getting a little discouraged. Thought I might be getting 3 in a row on trips getting skunked. Decided to stick it out and landed my PB on the final drift. Its no monster but I'm pretty stoked and proud. 34"and 15#

Nice fish!

General area where you fished?  Hog?  Yellow buoy?  Green buoy?  Clam beds?  I've been seeing reports of fish coming from all over.  Any salmon inside the Bay?

Hell yeah! I think I saw you on you way out.  I was in an orange paddling suit and was having a bad day. Way to stick it out.

I got it between marker 10 and the yellow buoy. And I remember seeing you out there DRT. Hopefully you'll make it back out there soon and have some better luck

How was making bait?  Live anchovies still around?

Not sure to be honest. There were birds diving on bait and I did see some boils in the late morning before high tide. But I was fishing artificials  and don't have enough experience to know what baitfish was out there
