Wow! Coast Guard doesn’t de-fuel the boats when this happens?

Damn that sucks. Hope everything is ok. Any word how it took on water? Legit crash running too fast close to shore?

My friend and his wife were on that boat.  Capt made them swim to shore.  One of the motors failed and the right side was filling with water.  No one was hurt. Lucky they weren't out fishing yet.  They were setting crab pots.

Everyone was fine.  Scared the shit out of everyone. No they took on water for some reason and that killed the one of the motors.  Capt called in a mayday and had everyone jump in.  He then beached the boat.

I believe that boat sunk last year also but was salvaged. Switched owner and operator last year

I occasionally go out on the New Sea Angler and the Miss Anita was moored directly behind it. Even on bluebird days it always just sat there....always wondered why as a boat like that can't be a cheap investment.
