Reservations are open (you can reserve five months ahead of your actual arrival date) and you can book online, or by phone (7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST) at 1-888-668-7275. Here's a handy list of backcountry camping fees for each park. Before booking, have a read-through of the rules, which will also make your reservation process go a little smoother.
