while it is impressive that he is kiting in front of and around that giant bomb, however that is not kitesurfing on the wave. I would chalk that up as biggest wave ever kitesurfed in front of. I really need a job.

Here's the direct drone video link. It looked super shifty out there. Just watching the people in the lineup trying to get in position and avoid the sneakers. No wonder that Whaler got capsized. Plus I only saw a one or two catch anything.

At 4:30 you can watch Ian Wallace trying to get up and over on a stand up.
