Caught 2 keepers on my first halibut trip to tomales. Big on was 30 also got a 25 incher. What a fight tring to get them into the net. Tons of bait out there getting a bunch of undersized fish too.

Live anchovies, the bay is full of them. Get a sabiki rig size 6 hook. Drifing them just off the bottom
