Saw one of the click in fins last weekend and thought I would need one soon so why wait!!!

Once I get her wet I will let you know if I noticed a difference with the standard Naish 2017 Glide fin.

???

editing here, they were suppose to be Thumb up symbols not question marks???
iI saw the Candice one but liked the look of this one more so I thought I would change it over and give it a go, I will use my 9.5 inch Naish when it's dead calm and I am putting a few KM on the water then swap this one for rougher days, fun fun fun!!!

You betcha.

its a classic .2016 was the last of them .

getting a new fin is almost as much of a change as getting another board ..

No problem,I don't use the yellow one at all .
when its rough i actually put a 10.5 naish fin on ,to help stabilise it ,from rocking side to side .
i put the smaller 9' on when I'm doing a bit of small wave surfing and its flat and doing a bit of DWing .less drag and easier to turn .

You're going to love that fin.

Especially on downwinders.

Interesting, Warick suggested that the new fin would be better for stability in choppy water so I will keep my 9.5in in the car just in case because I find it helps, time will tell?

Where I flat water paddle it has a side on wave all the way for about a km.
if you think of it like a centre board on a windsurfing board ,the bigger fin is always going to be more stable
in those conditions ,but as DJ ,said DWing it will be fantastic .

great to have a choice now Dave .
sometimes I will go in and change fins .if not to far away .if not happy .
time will tell.

That's what I thought Tardy with a side swell, no matter either way. I have friends in your part of the world this weekend and just saw their happy snaps for today, looks like you have some nice swell at the moment?

Dave, save your FIN money...
Because after half a dozen downwinders, the penny will drop...

You need a downwind BOARD...

With me paddling a DW for the first time it did not fly it was like a cork in the ocean, I blame the Yachts for chopping up the swell??? If I stayed on a runner long enough I would be able to say how the fin went but I hav no idea at this stage!
i returned the Pizza fin this morning because I was told it does not come in the new click in system but on the web site it shows it does so the boys are ordering me on in, not interested in carrying a screw driver.
