Yesterday's Buffalo Surfing Classic at Makaha beach was a lot of fun. Our Blue Planet SUPsquatch team with Sam Pa'e as steersman got some great rides, we actually made some turns on the face! This video also features some foiling (there was a foil exhibition at Makaha the day before which I missed), canoe surfing, paipo boarding, longboarding and more, check it out with footage from the beach, from the air and from the water:

The contest will continue next weekend, hopefully I'll get some more good footage.

Awesome Robert, great footage!
It really shows how, in the center of our Surf Heritage, they embrace every form of wave riding!

Beautiful place to surf at . Surfed it last year when the North Shore was 38 ft and it was 6/8 ft best wave for a sup. Great backdrop with the mountains and crystal clear water. Locals are good if you show respect.
How good was the 4 man canoe surfing.

So cool Rob shredding on that big board. That looked like so much fun.
