I like a lot of old movies. One of my favorites is an old (circa 1955) Alfred Hitchcock film titled, "It Takes A Thief" which starred Cary Grant and Grace Kelly. Another one is another old (circa 1938) film titled, "The Adventures of Robin Hood" which starred Errol Flynn, Olivia DeHavilland, Basil Rathbone and Claude Rains.

I've got other old films I enjoy watching and which are also too numerous to list.
Blue Planet Duke: 10'5" x 32" x 4.5" @ 190 Liters (2 Dukes)
Sup Sports Hammer: 8'11" x 31" x 4" @ 140 Liters
SUP Sports One World: 11'1" x 30" x 4.5" @ 173 Liters
CJ Nelson Parallax: 9'3" x 23 1/2" x 3 3/16" @ 78.8 Liters (prone surfing longboard; Thunderbolt Technologies build in Red construction)

One of my favs is Much Ado About Nothing (the Branaugh version). I love how luscious and sexy the whole thing is. Others are Spirited Away, Star Trek II, Key Largo, High Noon, and The Seven Samurai.

The Station Agent is a terrific film, BTW. Peter Dinklage is amazing. I also love the Errol Flynn Robin Hood. Pure fun!

Lots of good ones listed.

I think the one’s I have seen the most times, and certainly also the most excerpts I keep seeing are from 5 of my favourite directors:
- Apocalypse now
- Scarface
- True Romance

Yes, I said 5. Oliver Stone wrote the screenplay for Scarface, and Tarantino for True Romance. And yes, I like Ridley’s movies. And Sergio Leone. I can enjoy all these guys movies many times over.

Always happy to re-see everything from Hitchcock and Kubrick of course. The masters! John Huston has a few classics too.

couple winters ago I decided I wanted to watch a series. Picked Mad Men. I had heard about it. Binge watched that thing. Wow. Could not believe how emotionally attached to it I became. I was able to watch through till season 6 then had to wait for season 7 to play out over two years on tv.
Eastbound and Down after that. You want something quick, easy, mindless, and insanely hilarious watch that.
So, Mad Men and Eastbound and Down.
Going to go Sopranos this winter. I will wait on Game of Thrones until it is done so I can watch from start to end and not have to wait for new episodes.

edit, how could i forget Marty Mcfly. Luke was a given for me
Oh yeah. One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, Departed, Guardians of the Galaxy is amazingly funny.....

Luca--good reminder--some of the newer TV series are better than most movies no matter how you judge them--overall quality, sets, acting...Mad Men, Sopranos, Boardwalk Empire, Breaking Bad...Eastbound and Down is just in its own category.  Lots of good ones among these:  http://www.wga.org/writers-room/101-best-lists/101-best-written-tv-series/list

This is going to sound stupid, but "Revenge of the Nerds".  I am a nerd, and they filmed the movie outside the building I was going to school at at the University of Arizona in 1983 or 1984.

One of my Professors is in it as an extra, so it is also fun to watch for him.  I remember them closing our parking lot for the silly tricycle race.

I still find it funny and poignant

Also "the Jerk" and "the inlaws"..  those are some funny movies.

True Romance. The scene in the trailer with Christopher Walken and Dennis Hopper is my favorite movie scene of all time.
