Bleed, ikejime, wet burlap on a cool day or catch bag with ice on a hot day.

Hanging over the side invites unwanted furbags.
First time ive seen ikejime style on the threads, humane and solid form of preserving fish!  Been practicing, but tough on kayak, have not run the wire on the kayak yet.
“I’m going fishing.”  They said, “we will go with you.”
