Just a heads up, this is not a 5.56. It is not built to handle the pressure of that round. Only 223.

you might want to do some more research on the wylde chambers

I thought the whole point of the wylde was to be able to run 5.56 nato 80g through your AR?

 :smt070

Wylde chamber does provide a bit more throat, but the 80 grain rounds are going to have to be single loaded because they're too long to fit the magazine. Wylde chamber is GTG with either .223 or 5.56.

Slevinslevin, what is the twist rate and manufacturer of your barrel?

Parkerized 20" spiral fluted heavy barrel 1 in 8 twist no name brand. I have 2 barrels of the same kind one has about 6k rounds through it, fed it all types of rounds no a single problem.

The one im i want to trade off has about 600 rounds in it.
The second pic is my 300 blackout with a wilson combat match grade barrel my favorite so far.

The throat pinches down, supposedly giving it better grouping with 223, but capable of firing both. I was mistaken on the pressure, that is for standard 223. I would avoid polymer or lacquer coated steel case ammo. It's going to stick when you need it the most.

What's this gun worth on the open market? Thanks, Craig. I have a brand new never in the water Ocean Kayak Trident 13 in yellow/lime color.

What's the magazine round capacity? 10 rounds or less? Does the rifle require a bullet button to detach the magazine?

If I'm not mistaken, as of Jan 1 bullet buttons will be illegal. You'd have to make it "featureless" meaning no pistol grip. The whole thing doesn't make any sense to me.

No thanks, breaking down an AR to drop a mag just seems stupid.
