What is the difference between these 2?

Lowrance Elite 4X CHIRP with 83/200 HDI Transducer (With Rebate)

AND

Lowrance Hook 4x Fishfinder with Mid/High/DownScan Transducer

Price the same except hook dont have rebate.

I'm not fishing for the cure but I did consume a bunch of peyote last night and spiritually consult my inner chi while riding around in the desert on a bike dressed as a giraffe.
