Im am currently paddling a super rad 180 but want to upgrade i am stuck between Pyranha Molan M or Jackson all star any advice would be appreciated!!

why do you want to upgrade? (:
but i would prefer the molan, because i think the volume-placing is better.
Look at the allstar, there are not many people who can wheel nicely with him.

All-Star I find has bit less volume so I'd reckon molan would suit ya better if you looking for something biger then a 180. Molans a bit longer too. But Molan is heavier and edges are trippier. I've paddled both if ya want give me an email for more info im at

They are both sick boats and jackson definitely shook thinks up making such a short bulbous boat but that doesn't mean it can be inproved apon. The molan is just as sick and more balanced end to end. I personally went with the molan for a moltitude of reasons the balance stern to bow as well as the fact that its thinner throughout making edge transfers quicker. The super linear plastic is a great idea but until its been proven over years and years of obuse like the rest of the plastic boats it really can't be set apart. But at the end of the day you have to paddle them boat.and decide for your self

buy the way was also thinking of getting a new playboat so what one would be better for a beginer and what about the pyranha jed have you paddled one are they good??? plz help

In case of Molar or JED, go for the JED (although I did not paddel it) I've read good reviews of that boat. As a beginner it might be a struggle in the beginning, but when you get used to an "advanced" playboat you will have a great time after that first struggle-moments. The Allstar 2013 looks to be a good boat also for a beginner. Being a big Dagger-fan I want to draw your attention to the new Dagger Jitsu.

Plenty of choises and hard disssiontime ;)

at the moment i paddle a old dagger g-ride 6.2. its a good boat but very old i i need a new 1 so i will have a look at the dagger jitsu but at the moment i will properly go for the jed.
