The Riverbug is like a super-mini cata-raft that you paddle with paddle gloves and flippers (fins). Imagine your a duck sitting on a 50mm PE foam seat between 2 inflatable bananas. If you've ever seen ducks paddle down rapids you'll get the picture. They use ferry glides and drifting to maneuver, legs do most of the work - you just don't see them underwater... Paddling a riverbug is fun, instinctive and easy to learn. They're hand roll-able and good for up to WW 5.

Already a kayaker? OK, you probably don't hang up your paddle just yet!. Could this however be something for your non-kayaking friends, partner or whitewater wannabes? Is riverbugging a viable alternative to traditional paddle sports? And what could be the attraction in being so close to the water? What are the pluses and minuses? Thoughts?
