Vinohradsky brings extensive watersports experience to Confluence, with a background in both operations and paddling instruction. Vinohradsky brings extensive watersports experience to Confluence, with a background in both operations and paddling instruction.

Prior to her role at Confluence, Vinohradsky worked at Erehwon Mountain Outfitter in Wisconsin where she coordinated large outdoor events and assisted in the buying process for outdoor and watersports equipment and sportswear. Along with her Swiftwater Rescue Certification and ACA Instructor Certification for SUP, Vinohradsky served as a guide for whitewater rafting, kayaking and climbing trips with ACE Adventure Resort.
