I will be the first to say that my play boating is the weakest aspect of my kayaking hahaha. Now thats out of the way, this wave is really fun and seldom has enough water to form. It's located in downtown Redding in Northern California and comes in maybe once every 5 years. It is a feature that is worth crawling out of the editing cave to get in some surf time with the boyz. The flow started at 35,000cfs in the morning releasing from Keswick Dam and then bumped up to 50,000cfs in the afternoon. Definitely one of the best features in Cali. See more at www.shastaboyz.com
