The Event is August 18th, 2012!!!! Ohiopyle State Park Ohiopyle Over The Falls Race Once a year, Ohiopyle State Park opens up Ohiopyle Falls for kayakers. This is a major event bringing thousands of people into the town of Ohiopyle. The Ohiopyle Falls Race is broke into a few parts including a freestyle competition along with a race over the falls. Kayakers' times are recorded with a winner declared at the end of the competition...American Whitewater Over-the-Falls Festival 2012 @ www.fallsrace.com
