Dale Briggs Footage A FAMOUS Rescue by early ODNR schooled, fire rescue in Dayton, Ohio. Provided by dbriggs-from a history in River Rescue, aiding the Ohio Department of Natural Resources-Watercraft. This is a better example of a trained skilled rescue team, which came from ONDR-Watercraft-the staff was lead by Pamela Dillon and then Emily King.
