We had a super windy storm, but unusually without rain at Pennington Flash so I really wanted to go film the birds battling with the elements as it's one of my favourite places to watch wildlife & film. Mostly I was testing out/shooting in 4k 100fps & 2k 100fps using our Sony FS700 together with Odyssey 7Q+ I loved the shots I got, I mainly wanted to capture their character and the ferocity of the wind not focusing too much on composition/ variety of shot more on trying to capture the rawness of it. Grading O7Q+ 10bit prores is a dream coming from AVCHD! I graded using Visioncolor Impulz LUT combined with tweaking the levels & RGB Curves. Shot with the Canon 100-400 lens. To watch the 2k Prores proxy file, hit download & original. If you want to license any shots please contact me at [email protected]
