In the third and final installment of the Lumpy Waters Instructional Series, Jeff Laxier of Liquid Fusion Kayaking takes us through the fundamentals of being safe when the conditions get rougher. Remember to always assess the conditions and your own abilities whenever you go paddling, and have fun!
