On Thursday 29th April 2010 we will be holding a demo evening at Frankwell Quay in Shrewsbury from 5pm. This will be a first time opportunity for local paddlers to not only see SUP boards in action, but hopefully will also inspire them to give standing up a go and explore their potential out on the river

The www.arkayaking.co.uk Banwy trip finally took place. Very cold conditions (car temp gauge was reading 0C when we got off), but the sun shone for most of the day! Well done to Phil for completing his first trip with us on such a cold day.
