stioll hovering just above freezing here and things are going well. There is open water on the Yellowknife river andthe shoreline of great slave is opening as well I have paddled twice so far on the big lake.

Worlds River day is coming up this year it is September 27th and we will be ready to play in Yellowknife. Unfoprtunately that is at the very end of the paddling season except for the doie hards as eptember in the Knife can be very chilly and to be sure the watr has already lost the summer heat. Summer here has yet to really arrive and it has been a very cool and cloudy one. I was paddling the YK river kast week and did a few rolls and it was plenty cold still. I had enough neoprene on to float the Titantic and was fine but was also the only one playing water games. Cheers, Cominco I want a drysuit and may have to buy one yet this summer.
