I have been paddling with these for a month now and have no regrets with my decision. The paddles are super smooth and lightning fast. The extra length is a bonus after the previous length of my Werners. The blade seems optimal for creeking and is fairly similar in power and area to powerhouses. Personally I think they’re a great all out whitewater paddle which a longer blade length than most other paddles. The only negative is how much they weight, at just over 1000 grams they are not the lightest set of carbon paddles available; however the extra weight adds a sense of security.
