Hey guys, I just bought a dagger outlaw 7.3. I'm kinda lost outfitting the boat. The guy I bought it from put an immersion research back on it...like the cushion to the back says IR but he said the backhand is pretty new. It does ratchet. My questions are...do I need those inflatable things (sorry, I just do not know the word..ballasts maybe?) Also, it came with hip pads but it was attached to gray foam blocks and I'm wondering if it's snug enough? One more thing, when tightening the back part of the seat, how tight should that be? I know it's a lot. It thanks guys!

Is this any help to some of your questions?

And of course, the firmer you're in your boat the better it sesponds, but you have to find a good mix between firm and comfort.
