Seeking opinion on what age is too young for Class V 11 years 10 months ago #32450

Hbomb Offline Grom Boarder Posts: 3	I am researching kids and whitewater and would like to hear from some experienced whitewater boaters who are solid Class V boaters. I am seeking opinions on what age is the appropriate age for running Class V and why you think what you do. FYI: I am 11 and I run Class V. Thanks! H-Bomb

dougie1 Offline Expert Boarder Posts: 74	As far as i am concerned if you are good enough then you are old enough. I would still expect parents permission for anyone in the group under the age of 18 and prefer anyone under 16 to be acompanied by their parents.
