supzero Offline Grom Boarder Posts: 1 Thank you received: 6	I heard on the news today that Obama wants to make it easier to build new dams. From a climate change perspective, that may make sense, but I wonder how it fits in with the destruction of existing dams, which I though was trending. Or are only old dams destroyed that don't serve a real purpose anymore?
