If you're anything like me, it can be hard to contain that excitement & this is exactly how I felt when sat down to chat with the inspirational Ironmum Karla Gilbert. She dominated the sport of Ironwoman racing for a decade & won the first ever professional Ironwoman race as a teenager. She now competes internationally in marathon stand up paddle board events, runs her own online biz & is raising two daughters with her super supportive hubby.
