7 Degree Bent Shaft Canoe Paddle At 7 degrees this bent shaft paddle is a compromise for those that like the power that a bent shaft affords but still like the feel of a more traditional straight shaft. The Little Sag is a hybrid paddle of sorts, best suited for touring. If you like bent shafts but find a 14 degree a little cumbersome to guide your canoe from the stern this is the paddle for you. It performs very much as a straight shaft does, but gives you just a little more oomph in every stroke.

It is a bent-shaft super lightweight wood canoe paddle. The blade is sheathed in fiberglass and a hard epoxy tip is added to ward off pesky logs and rocks. And the dedicated fox-head grip, indexed shaft and thin blade are all designed to remove stress from your hands and joints.
